Help Walls Ultimate have a great season!
Donation protected
The School Without Walls Flightless Bird Squad needs your help to be able to afford all the gear, tournament fees, and field costs we need. As a team with players from all socioeconomic backgrounds and walks of life, our goal is to be able to provide an equitable community with no barrier for entry for any of our players. Thus, we're asking for your help to be able to provide FREE kits and tournament entry fees for every player.
Now obviously, before you donate, you want to know what your generosity is going towards! Here's a breakdown of how we want to spend the $6500 if we reach our goal:
- Kits: $3500. We want each of our roughly 50 players to be able to have 2 jerseys, shorts, and, our iconic (we hope!) team bucket hats. This will cost about $100 per player. The difference is being generously made up by our sponsor, Compost Cab.
- Discs: $1000. For the first time in team history, we want to have custom Walls discs so that each player can have one and the team can have enough discs to practice with for a long while to come.
- Tournament and field fees: $1000.
- Miscellaneous: As with anything, unexpected costs are going to crop up throughout the season, so we'd like to have a bit of a rainy-day fund to help us deal with any issues that crop up. Also, it's never too early to start saving up for a potential Spring 2023 travel tournament trip!
Of course, we couldn't do a fundraiser like this without taking the opportunity to have some fun (and provide some incentive to donate). Some incentives include:
At $1500 raised: Team jumps in a river
At $3000: Captains record a cooking show.
At $4500: Play and record a one-footed scrimmage.
At $6500: Team lip-sync video!

Thanks for visiting this page! We appreciate you spreading this around, even if you can't donate, and if you can, we thank you for all your help!
