My name is Claudia Lopez Santiago. I am the wife of Waldemar Santiago (Waly). My husband needed to have an emergency surgery from a tumor that was growing very fast on his stomach. He is now recovering, but still with lot of pain and unable to work. The doctors advised us that the fastest he will recover is within 3 months. Unfortunately, my husband is our household provider and the only one that was working. Now, I have to help him to recover and take care of our daughter.

As if the situation wasn’t difficult enough, the insurance has not yet agreed to cover the costs, leaving us with full responsibility for his medical expenses.

My husband is a loving and strong man who has always put others first. Now, it’s our turn to help him. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward his medical expenses, including hospital stays, doctor visits, medication, and any treatments that can give him the best chance of recovery.
