‏‎I am Walaa Akram Hammad and I’m a civilian from Gaza. I am 33 years old. I had a wonderful life and a job in my father’s sewing factory, but since the start of the war, my life has changed a lot and for the worse. My family and I were displaced from our beautiful home to the South of Gaza, and for 9 months we have been living inside various displacement camps in a tent. As you can imagine, daily living inside of a tent is a challenge made even worse by a lack of almost all basic necessities. I am asking for your help to start my life over somewhere safe. Please help me leave Gaza and travel to a place where I can have a chance for a brighter future.
