Help w/ bills from kidney failure

This is going to be long story but hear me out. Sometimes people need a little helping hand but not a hand out. So if you are reading this then you probably personally know me or know who I am and are curious as to why in the hell would I set up a GOFUNDME as I am usually the one helping out. So here is my story.

Three years ago, I was sick with what I thought was my sugar messing up or coming down with the flu. However, that was not the case. After going to the hospital I found out that my left kidney was not working due to a kidney stone blocking the ureter. This caused my kidney to become a water sac and soon turning septic. I underwent surgery for it to be removed. After it being removed and having one working kidney, my family Dr kept me on 2 medications that caused my right kidney to not function properly. Fast forward to March 25th, 2 years later, I ended up sick for 5 weeks before going to the Emergency Room. That is where I found out tha my right kidney was only working at 15%. And this is where it began. They started me on dialysis right away at the hospital for 3 hours and going forward was only supposed to be on it 4 to 6 weeks to get the right kidney to work full potential. Here I am 11 months later and still on dialysis. My right kidney was permanently damaged and I had to begin full dialysis 3 days a week. I accepted it for what it was and began my journey. September 25th 2017, I was told that I would need to have a kidney transplant and would not regain function back into my kidney. I was in Stage 4 renal failure and in November I was moved to Stage 5.  After multiple surgeries and catheters place, I was given the option to either get a fistula to be place in my arm to continue treatment at a center or to have the PD catheter in. Due to having 2 young daughters and being active in their school life, I chose to go forward with the PD catheter. I underwent the surgery on December 27th for the catheter to be placed and I am now doing peritoneal dialysis at home 7 days a week and for 9 hours a night.

That is my back story, and now here is why I am reaching out for help. I was one Buckeye health insurance but was recently taken off due to my husband making too much money. Due to me being in kidney failure, I was automatically put on Medicare. I recently received a bill on Feb 16th stating I need to pay $804 in order for me to be covered for 6 months. They are requesting this payment to be made on Feb 25th.  My husband currently carries insurance for me but it still does not cover the premium for the Medicare. Any help is greatly appreciative and would be paid forward as I am always lending a helping hand and trying my best to help others who are in need. All monies will go directly to pay this medicare premium bill and anything leftover will go to other medical bills since those will be coming in.

Thank you in advance from my Family and myself.
