We are the Virginia Tech chapter of the Young Democratic Socialists of America, and we’re fundraising to cover food and travel costs to support our members as we travel to Chicago for our annual organizing-focused Winter Conference on Feb 20th-22nd.

Every year YDSA hosts hundreds of young socialists from around the nation who are dedicated to improving their campuses and building a better world, including us!

Our chapter has heavily increased its membership in recent months, and we are ready to send members, new and seasoned, to Conference this year to meet learn from our comrades across the country!

At Winter Conference, we hear from long-time leaders in the labor movement, learn new and foundational organizing tactics, and make connections that can last for a lifetime!
