Hi, my name is Constantin, and I’m the proud father of Vlad — a kind, bright, and resilient young man who was born with cerebral palsy. He’s 21 years old and attends a special school here in Miami. Vlad doesn’t walk, so he uses a wheelchair for everything — including his daily transportation to school.
Like any father, I want to share more experiences with my son — beach days, trails, nature, movement, fresh air. Unfortunately, traditional wheelchairs just can’t handle sand, uneven terrain, or trails. That’s why I’ve been looking for an all-terrain wheelchair that would allow Vlad to truly enjoy the outdoors with us.
I recently discovered the Extreme Motus All-Terrain Wheelchair — it’s lightweight, safe, and built for real adventure. It can handle beaches, gravel paths, hiking trails, and even snow. It’s exactly what we need to finally give Vlad access to the world outside sidewalks and ramps.
The challenge is the cost: the chair starts at over $4,000, which is beyond what I can manage alone. I’ve started the process of applying for grants and exploring nonprofit support, but I’m also reaching out to our community — friends, extended family, and even kind strangers — to help bridge the gap and make this dream possible.
Our goal is to raise $4,500, which would cover the full cost of the chair and any accessories or adjustments needed for Vlad’s comfort and safety.
Every donation — big or small — brings us one step closer to the trail, the beach, and the freedom to explore together.
Thank you so much for reading, sharing, and supporting our journey.
With gratitude,
Constantin and Vlad
