Help Vivian survive and heal!

Hello everyone!

 Thank you so much for the outpouring of love and support so far! Since posting this there have been a few updates I wanted to share:

As a solution to the ongoing harassment issues my job decided to end their contract with staffing company I was employed through. I do still have an open harassment and worker’s compensation and am consulting lawyers! 

 Although it’s for sure the best to not be in an environment and around people that mentally and physically have caused me pain, I had hoped to return to job so the sudden lack of income is a harsh blow!

 I am so thankful to say that I have secured a future job that is more than happy to meet my accommodations, but it doesn’t begin until June. To help me continue to not be behind on bills, debt and medical treatment I’m going to leave this up until June 1st. Thank you again for all the love and support.

Really every dollar and message has and will continue to be such a gift!

Hello! I’m Vivian, a queer person living in LA with two cats. Absorbing sunshine and focusing on the bright side as much as possible.

 Due to a harassment / retaliation directed towards me at work that resulted in an injury where I was unable to walk for several days. I am walking now with a cane but have extremely limited movement on my left hip compared to my right. I have been able to work minimally and am falling quickly behind financially. I am currently stuck in a workman’s comp and insurance hell that has delayed my procedure and put off my recovery for almost 2 months! I will continue to not be able to work full time until I get this procedure done and recover. 

Going back and forth with each company while managing my pain, working through workplace harassment and dealing with my chronic illness have been overwhelming as this continues to stretch out. 

 I am raising money to pay my rent, bills and assist with medical needs.

 I feel very vulnerable to ask for help this way but I am in a desperate spot! I know things will get better in the future but I have to make it there. I deeply appreciate your help!
