Update: My Mother’s Eviction & Ongoing Legal Battle
Yesterday was one of the hardest days of my life. Despite every effort to protect my mother, she was officially evicted from her own home, the same home she worked decades to pay for. Watching her lose everything to fraud and manipulation has been devastating.
We are still in the middle of two major legal battles:
• A civil case against the individuals and companies involved in the fraudulent sale of her home.
• A conservatorship case to ensure her safety, protect her rights, and restore her dignity.
Unfortunately, both cases come with significant legal expenses, and our family has already exhausted savings on court filings, private evaluations, and attorney fees. We are doing everything in our power to fight back but we urgently need help to keep this case moving forward.
Every contribution, no matter how small, helps us continue this fight for justice, accountability, and protection not just for my mom, but for every vulnerable senior who has fallen victim to financial exploitation.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has donated, shared, or sent words of encouragement. Your support has carried us through unimaginable pain, and I’m not giving up until my mom gets her home and her peace back.
Please consider donating or sharing this campaign with your network.
Together, we can make sure her story is heard and justice is served.
With gratitude and faith,
Vivian Ruvalcaba
