I’m reaching out desperately for help for a truly heart-shattering cat. A poor broken boy who has been suffering on the streets while people walked past him, day after day, and did not help him.

I have seen a lot of sick, struggling street cats but not one like this.

The moment I saw him, I felt sick, he was so frail, so sunken, so lost that I honestly wasn’t prepared for the shock of it. I tried to get him right then, but he was too scared and I couldn’t manage it. I couldn’t leave him. I couldn’t forget him.

I went back again last night and finally, I managed to get him.

Now he’s safe with me, but he is in awful condition.

I am begging for help to give him the chance he never got.

He will be going to the vet and will need blood tests, dental work, and whatever else Dr. Donna thinks necessary. His entire body tells the story of long-term neglect and abandonment. People in the area told me he was dumped there and honestly, looking at him, I believe it.

I’ve lost a lot of sleep over him. The image of him so defeated, so weak, so heartbreakingly confused has been sitting like a stone on my chest.

He didn’t deserve this life. He didn’t deserve to be thrown away.

All I want now is to help him to give him even the smallest chance at healing, comfort, and dignity.
