Our sweet girl Viva recently suffered a terrible accident while me and my partner where at work, that left her with crushed wrist bones and a dislocated hip. We initially hoped her hip injury would be a simple fix, but during a semi-emergency procedure to put it back in place, the vets discovered it was more serious than expected. Unfortunately, the attempt was unsuccessful, and Viva now needs a femoral head ostectomy (FHO) surgery — her best chance to regain mobility, live pain-free, and get back to being her cuddly, happy self.

The estimated cost for her surgery and recovery care is around $2000 but it may be higher depending on complications or follow-up treatment. While I’m working overtime and a second job to cover as much as possible, I’m reaching out for help to give Viva the care she urgently needs.
