We are asking for prayers and support for a young family going through a very frightening and difficult time.

On April 15, 2026, Vishnu, his fiancée Jesinia, and their 5-month-old baby Kanu were involved in a serious car accident when another driver ran a stop sign and T-boned their vehicle directly on Vishnu’s side.

By what feels like a miracle, all three survived. Their baby boy Kanu was in the back seat and was almost completely unharmed, something the family believes is truly by the grace of God.

However, the accident caused significant injuries.

Jesinia, who was driving, is recovering from trauma, bruised ribs, whiplash, and other injuries while doing everything she can to stay strong for their baby and their family.

Vishnu suffered several hip fractures and underwent surgery to secure his hip placement, he's supposed to be completely off his left leg for at least 6 weeks. After being released from the hospital, he has now been readmitted this week (April 25th) to critical care due to dangerous blood clots in his pulmonary arteries (embolisms) and he had some lung puncture from the accident. This complication is painful, frightening, and requires urgent medical care using blood thinners and other interventions to support the lungs and heart while the clots can take months to dissolve.

During this time, their family is facing mounting challenges:

Jesinia is already trying to push herself to work despite her injuries as the financial responsibilities are quickly adding up.

We are asking the community to come together to help this young family stay stable while Vishnu heals and their family recovers from this traumatic event.

It looks like because they have medical insurance their medical bills will be covered by auto and health insurance, but even though the other party was at fault neither of the policies has coverage for bodily injury or work/wage loss.
