UPDATE 5/25: UPDATE: we've nearly raise 1/4 of our first goal which is truly insane, thank you all so much. I also wanted to update that I've been *preliminarily* approved for a student loan that would cover the rest of my expenses, and so this might not have to be open for its entire lifetime.

If not, these funds will be used for Casey's car.

Hi y'all, it's Viri (Vannah). In April, I was informed that the Music Dept. at UCSC was already processing the paperwork to let me go, due to my lack of enrollment. To be a TA you have to be enrolled at least part time, but I have an enrollment hold on my account for ($7600). I have financial aid from 2 sources helping me with ($3500) of that sum, so I'm trying to collect funds however I can for 2 things:

1. To pay off my remaining balance so I can enroll over the summer and get my job back, and

2. To pay for some direly needed car work for Casey's car ($2900)

Since we live on campus, some of these charges are rent, since I haven't been paid since March 1st.

This fund starts low, so that I can pay off a month of rent at a time, and then aims for the other goals. Anything, even a dollar, is appreciated like a million. Thank you for even reading. Share if you can, and feel like it! Thank you!
