Help Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s Family Carry On Her Legacy

Sky and Amanda Roberts are the beloved brother and sister-in-law of Epstein and Maxwell survivor, Virginia Roberts Giuffre. Since her death last April, they have been fighting tirelessly to continue her legacy as she asked them, and to ensure her last wishes were fulfilled. With no experience, they have had to become activists to carry forward their sister’s mission: they have helped pass laws to protect survivors at a state and national level, such as the the Summer Willis Act and the Epstein Files Transparency Act, the latter of which was responsible for enforcing the Department of Justice to finally release millions of files on Epstein and his co-conspirators.

The introduction of Virginia’s Law into Congress was a key goal-post for Virginia, and a priority for SOAR, her non-profit. The bill eliminates the statute of limitations on sex trafficking federally, allowing survivors to legally pursue their abusers when they are ready to confront them, without a ticking clock. If passed, it will allow many Epstein survivors who have only recently come forward to pursue justice.

We have stood by and watched Sky and Amanda rise to the occasion again and again, while in the depths of their grief. They fought to ensure Nobody’s Girl, Virginia’s memoir, was published as she wanted and helped turn it into a bestseller, selling over 1.5 million copies globally. It returned Epstein’s crimes to the national forefront, carving a way for real justice to be paved. Crucially, Nobody’s Girl taught people the truth about her abusers and the plight of survivors like her.

They have also been fighting for Virginia in Australia, to ensure that what she wanted with her estate occurs: namely, that her assets are held in a trust for the benefit of her three children, that SOAR continues its work, that the legal battles she was in remain overseen by the same lawyers who represented her for years, and more.

Sky and Amanda are not ones to put their hands out. They have no access to Virginia’s assets. They have done all this while working full-time, as parents of two young children at considerable financial expense to themselves. Legal fees over Virginia’s cases are expected to exceed $300,000, and they are out of options borrowing from the generous friends who have contributed thus far.

We are asking from the bottom of our hearts for support to help them fight for Virginia’s legacy. Any donations above and beyond their current bills will go towards SOAR to keep Virginia’s mission going.
