I am an independent artist living out of Virginia, who has been struggling with a huge variety of things post-pandemic (mental health issues, financial blockages, etc.). I was unable to continue my traditional job (pizza delivery) due to my mental health (the administration doing nothing to help my deteriorating situation, even something as simple as time off without reprimand), and despite trying, unable to find another job. I had even chosen to lease this small, zippy Spark for the purpose of going back to a job I had been promised a place back at; unfortunately, that manager stopped working there before I had returned, so I was permanently out of a job. I have been trying to cover myself with art, and the generous help of friends and Uber driving.

Recently, I had been promised a sum of money that would allow me to take time to focus on these things, better myself, and get this art that I owe finished. However, circumstances have prevented such a transaction, and I am now asking for about half of that just to get through this month. If I have even just that time to be able to focus on things other than the crippling inevitability of a bill I'm unable to pay, I'll be able to get a grip and pull myself back up- finish art, continue Ubering, etc.

To clarify, the money will be used to help cover incoming legal issues stemming primarily from my lack of money. I initially bought this car to be able to deliver for my original job; my license is suspended due to my inability to pay for insurance (despite being told that to wait would be alright) and thus am unable to rely on Uber; working on art is a continuous struggle due to continued emotional issues, for which I am still finding medical insurance to be able to cover therapy for issues stemming from ADHD, PTSD (non-military related), leading into anxiety and depression. This money will first be used to cover my suspended license, then to cover my car bill for long enough for me to pick myself back up.
