My name is Catalina and I am fundraising for my husband Virgil, who is only 45 years old and currently facing the hardest battle of his life.

Some time ago our lives changed completely when Virgil was diagnosed with cancer. He went through chemotherapy for a period of time, but unfortunately a few months ago the oncological treatment had to be stopped. At the moment the only care he receives is supportive treatment and strong pain medication.

His condition has deteriorated significantly. Virgil lives with constant pain and has become extremely weak. In recent months his health has declined to the point where he can no longer walk without help and needs assistance even with basic daily activities.

We also have a teenage child who is going through this incredibly difficult time with us.

I refuse to give up hope. I would like to try to seek medical opinions and possible treatments in other countries and hospitals, hoping that somewhere there might be options that could help Virgil or at least improve his quality of life.

Any donation, no matter how small, could help us cover medical costs, travel for consultations and the care that Virgil urgently needs.
