Help Violet Save Casper: Urgent Surgery Needed

Hi, my name is Violet O’Hara. I’m a local preschool teacher in the Phinney/Greenlake area, and I am swallowing my pride to ask for help with a life-saving surgery for my 4-year-old cat, Casper.

Casper has a urinary blockage and has been in pain for weeks. I have absolutely dropped every dime I have taking him to the emergency vets and his primary care just to get no answers, until tonight. This evening, we found out that Casper has bladder crystals and a bladder stone and that he needs a surgery called a Cystotomy to remove the stone. Urinary blockages are fatal in cats, and I am completely out of money. I just want my pet to be okay. It absolutely breaks my heart that I’m in this position with my baby, and I feel like a complete failure. It’s very hard to ask for help, but his surgery will cost anywhere from $2,000-$4,000, and I simply do not have that cash on hand as a full-time preschool teacher. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
