Help Violet Rebuild Her Life After Disaster

I’m Drema from Montgomery County, IN. We have been on two missions to North Carolina disaster areas. We met Miss Violet “in Pink”. This lovely lady lived through the nightmare that ripped everything from her and so many others that day. She lived alone and the water started rising in minutes. She had no time to get out. Violet is unable to swim. That moment she thought was her last! Then a man knocked on her door and got her door open. He told her he was rescuing her! This man saved Violet's life! He got her to safety and went back to help others. She has never seen this angel again, but will forever hold him in her heart! Violet works at the Vetrens Home in Swannanoa. Her first thought was are the Vetrens safe? This lady has lost her home, belongings, vehicle, and part of her heart with this tragedy. She was able to get assistance to stay in a hotel until December 3. She was renting her home before the devastation. Let’s help Violet find a forever home in her community. She has nothing, but her heart of gold. We don’t want Violet to be homeless. It’s getting cold and this lady will do anything for anyone! Let’s show Violet we love her!!! $1200 will be used for her deposit for a rental, $1200 for her first months rent, and $1000 for utilities and deposits, the rest will go towards a bed and other essential needs.
