Hello. I'm doing a GoFundMe for my best friend Violet. She has had a lot of medical issues within the last year. She has had to attend multiple doctors' appointments and recently had surgery. She is currently out of work for 6 weeks with no pay. She has 3 teenage children also. I would really love to help her through this and help relieve some stress for her and her family. She is very sweet and is always there for EVERYONE. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

Here is the backstory on Violet and her health: On January 8th, 2025, Violet was sent to the ER with lower abdominal/back pain. It was concluded that she had a large cyst on her left ovary. The following day, she was sent to an OB/GYN in Duluth, who ran some tests. Thus the start of her "journey." On March 6th, they did a LEEP procedure on her cervix that was followed a month later with a cone biopsy, where she learned she had cervical cancer. A few weeks later, she had a PET scan to rule out travel, including to the lymph nodes... one lit up on the scan. On May 5th, she had a biopsy of that node, and it was presumed negative for cancer! So they moved forward with a radical (abdominal) hysterectomy with the removal of everything except her right ovary, leaving her out of work for a total of 6 weeks, with no income. A week later, she received the devastating news that it, in fact, had traveled to her lymph node(s), and she was now categorized as Stage 3C cervical cancer. In the upcoming weeks, she will receive both chemotherapy and radiation treatments.
