This is Viola. She is a girl who has changed from one Chi to another! Born and raised in Chicago, she has been living in China for over 11 years and has been working as an English teacher.

Unfortunately, her job ended this past summer and she a having a hard time finding work. This, plus her diagnosed PTSD, has taken a toll on her mental health and wellbeing. She isn’t able to afford the mental health treatment that she needs, let alone other living expenses and taking care of her beloved kitty and unofficial emotional support animal, Miko. Her therapist suggested inpatient treatment, but Viola isn’t able to make that financial commitment.

Viola is kindness, heart, and silliness embodied. She is also a huge nerd (same!) who loves playing video games and cosplaying.

Her brother and mom in the States have passed away. China is her home, but it’s still tough to be a fish out of water.
