Her battle with lung cancer has taken a turn for the worse, and she is now unconscious and intubated in the ICU at Providence St. Mary's in Apple Valley. Our hope is to honor her wish of passing peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones, her animals, and those she has cared for.

God has blessed us with more precious time with Viola, but it seems He is now preparing to bring her home. Viola has touched so many lives with her kindness, strength, and unwavering faith. She is a cherished mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, caretaker, sister, friend, and prayer warrior.
