I adopted Vinny in September of 2023 and have been raising him ever since in the Beta Gamma Epsilon fraternity house at Northeastern University. Vinny, a 2.5 year old black cat, has been having a great life here as a brother where he enjoys chasing ping-pong balls, looking at the birds outside the windows, and spend hours napping in every brother's room.

Unfortunately, Vinny has run into some serious, life-threatening health issues and has been hospitalized at MSPCA Angell since Saturday 1/31. The disease or infection as of right now is unknown, but he has a very large amount of inflammation and effusion throughout his abdomen which could be a combination of things including pancreatitis or FIP. Vinny has been a strong boy while he has had to deal with many ultrasounds, blood tests, x-rays, and medications all while being away from home.

We really would appreciate anything you could provide us to help support Vinny. These funds will directly pay for his medical bills as he fights for his life. Thank you for your consideration, anything would make a difference.
