Last weekend my little brother, Vincent Hamilton, suffered a medical emergency that required he be airlifted to the hospital. He spent a couple days at Unity Health in Searcy AR in the CCU and his condition worsened. The Doctors made the decision to airlift him again to Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR where they have the machines and Doctors who can give him the care he needs. Our family has been told in no uncertain terms that he is very sick and the odds of his recovery are about 50% just based on the machines he’s on. We have also been told that when he recovers there could be great changes to his physical and mental health. We’ve been informed that his hospital stay could be at the least “weeks” but could very likely stretch into “months”… after which he’ll start the recovery phase. My brother was to be married to his sweetheart, Ranisha, at the end of this month. Now instead of happily preparing for her wedding, Ranisha is trying to juggle work, 2 school age children, hospital trips and just life while worrying about paying the mortgage and putting food on the table by herself. My brother and Ranisha are going to be left with thousands of dollars in medical bills as Vincent was uninsured. My brother and Ranisha are the kind of people who will give you the shirt off their backs just for the asking, but they would never ask for help for themselves. That’s why I am setting up this fundraising account. I am asking for anyone that can to help if possible, if you can’t help with a donation, I ask that you pray for them and share my message. My goal is to just take some of the financial burden off Ranisha so she can help Vincent focus on his recovery and relieve a little stress for her. 100% of donations will go to Ranisha and Vincent to cover their expenses.
