Help Vincent Replace His Ebike

Vincent was involved in a hit and run in January. He was riding his ebike to school and someone ran into him with their car. Vince had minor injuries, but his bike was demolished. We tried going through victims services for a new ebike but we were not successful. Unfortunately this has created issues in getting Vince to and from school. Any help to get Vince a new ebike would be greatly appreciated!
