Help Vincent make a fresh start after house fire

On Thursday, July 8th, my household experienced a devastating house fire set by an arsonist. I personally suffered many losses, including my beloved cat and family member Figaro. In this fire, I lost most of my possessions including almost all of the evidence of my life’s work as an artist/educator which includes my vast and valuable music library collection of nearly 40 years. I am feeling devastated by the loss of family genealogy, collected and original art, and vintage items that I have collected through the years. All of these are material things and may or may not be replaced by insurance.

Family and friends, I ask your help today. I am in need of support for day to day expenses as well as money to rebuild my home environment. As a retired person living with several disabilities, I am limited with the work I can do so my financial options are very limited. For the first time in life since childhood, I am without essential clothing.

I am having a hard time asking for help and creating this “Fresh Start” fundraiser is very difficult, but I am in a challenging situation and really would please ask for your support. My goal is to be re-settled in the next year but I will not be able to do it with out some financial help.

My heart has always been in making home for me, my family and friends and those who struggle to find healing and hope in community. I will be in temporary housing for six to ten months. During this time, I appreciate all you can give.
