Help Vince with emergency medical bills

As many of you know, our friend and colleague Vince Trimboli was recently diagnosed with Viral Cardiomyopathy and Congestive Heart Failure.  As a result, he has been through three surgeries and an enormous amount of uncertainty, but worst of all is perhaps the financial strain, both immediate and more long-term.  Though Vince has health insurance through his job, we all know how far (or not) this support goes in paying for these types of emergencies. He has already received bills totaling upwards of $10,000, with more to come. Vince also relies on part-time server job to make ends meet, but due to his health condition hasn't been able to take those shifts for some time.
