Hi, I am Juliana, Vinnie's wife. As some of you may know Vinnie has recently been diagnosed with stage IV Esophigial Cancer that has spread to his liver.

Only a month ago he was having trouble eating, and soon it became a struggle to swallow. He had a CT-Scan and a endoscopy and the results were difficult to hear.

Vinnie has spent his life helping everyone around him, he is the whole world to me and our son, we now need your help to save his life. Vinnie has limited ability to work due to complications of the cancer, and I am substitute teaching in between doctor appointments. Between the cost of medication, transportation, chemotherapy, radiation, and trying to keep our household together, we are overwhelmed.

Vinnie will be starting treatment soon in Philadelphia at Penn Medicine. We are hoping the therapies provided give him some relief and help him in the fight against this devastating disease.

We have a son Cole, as many of you know, who has just turned 14, and has a challenging 8th grade ahead of him. He is very much a part of our team to fight this cancer with Dad. Cole is the light of Vinnie's life, and he wants to be able to see him grow into adulthood.
