Help Vince after his flat burned down

My brother-in-law Vince is the nicest guy you could ever meet, he’s had a run of bad luck lately after a heart attack a few months ago and tonight his electric bike exploded causing an awful fire in his flat, he has lost everything.

he is currently in hospital, having his dislocated and fractured elbow fixed, luckily it looks like he was lucky other than that, they are keeping an eye on him overnight due to smoke inhalation.

I just wanted to be able to do something for him in this awful situation to make it slightly easier
