Help Vietnam vet with stage 4 cancer make memories

My mom and stepdad have conquered so many challenges in their lives together. It started when they were teens and fell in love but had to end their relationship as he went off to war in Vietnam. Years later after both had married and had children with others..they found each other again. (Celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary a earlier this month).

Four years ago my mom got(and beat!) breast cancer. When she was finished with her treatment I talked about sending them to St. Augestine for a get away to celebrate(she's been wanting to take him there for years now, during the holidays because of how beautiful they turn the oldest city in Florida during the holidays). Unfortunately, I was unable to make that happen for them(financially).

Yesterday, we got the news that he has stage 4 esophageal cancer, due to his exposure to agent orange while serving in the army in Vietnam.

I am starting this GoFundMe to hopefully raise enough money to send them to St. Augustine this Christmas and give them a vacation they deserve, something to look forward to, and some time to make more beautiful memories together.

Anyone that knows me, knows it is very difficult for me to ask for help. But financially I wouldn't be able to get enough money up to give them the experience they deserve.

Any help is extremely appreciated.
