Help Victorio pay for his Surgery

Hi my name is Raquel Rodriguez and my friend Victorio Esparza who is a makeup artist was laid off during the first shut down in Las Vegas. He waited for months to receive his unemployment. He was let go from Sephora and when he was able to return to work he started working as a freelance makeup artist for several luxury lines. He developed severe stenosis of his C spine with myelopathy. One day I came home from work and there he was laying in the floor because he fell and could not walk and his hands were very crooked. Victorio needs help because he applied for Medicaid and his HR person told him he had to wait 7-10 business . While he’s in the bed with 2 broken ribs number 9 and 10 and severe stenosis of his c spine with myelopathy. He is scheduled for surgery today and we have no money to pay the bill surgery physical therapy and the necessary treatment PLEASEHELP
