Help Victoria's Fight Against Cancer

My name is Meredith Cusey and I am asking for your help for my friends, Victoria and Jon Roise. Victoria will be traveling from North Dakota to California for extended times of cancer treatment. Chemo treatments, California Lodging expenses, and upcoming surgical procedures in North Dakota and California have become a burden and I am asking for financial help on behalf of my friends.

Jon best describes their journey:

"My dear Beautiful wife has been inspiringly brave in her fight against cancer.

It’s been a while since I’ve updated my friends and loved ones regarding our Journey. For quite a long stretch we have been celebrating the wonderful and healthy results that she’s has enjoyed while following the protocols of the health advisors we have decided to strategize with.

Victoria has enjoyed and benfitted from increased vitality and energy, Clear and vibrant complexion and several other benefits from a strict diet of low sugar and volumes of juiced vegetables of all kinds contributing to her overall improvement in physical wellness.

We were thrilled a few weeks ago when she had a colonoscopy in preparation for her reversal surgery came back completely clear. No polyps or cancers.

The doctor ordered a ct scan for general surveillance also once we set a date for her ostemy reversal surgery.

The doctor later called with concerns about lesions on her liver that showed up on the CT scan and ordered an MRI.

This morning we got the results back that confirmed that the lesions appear to be metastatic disease, or cancerous tumors in her Liver.

This advancement establishes Victoria’s cancer as stage 4 now. In regards to the treatment and care strategy that we have decided on, it’s not as though this result is altogether unexpected. We know that we have chosen a long term healing strategy of health restoration as opposed to sudden nuclear eradication of disease. But still it weighs as a heavy reminder that we are in the heat of battle for complete restoration of her health. We are revisiting all of our amazing team of health care advisors and providers about strategizing battle plans for Victoria’s complete restoration.

We have deeply appreciated an out-pouring of love and support for Victoria from our community of family and friends, church, and CC Community.

We are so grateful to be where we are, in the church we are, with all the family, friends and neighbors and partners and employees… We are blessed beyond measure. We continue to covet your prayers and we Pray that God will be glorified through us and that we might bring encouragement to whomever we encounter as we trust God for whatever His plans are for us.
