‼️‼️Transplant UPDATED. 8/29/2025 ‼️‼️‼️
Today marks the beginning of a new journey. Victor's transplant process commences today. Victor has been diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a rare and aggressive cancer. To combat this, he has been undergoing chemotherapy treatment and blood transfusions to sustain his life. As of today, August 29, 2025, Victor will undergo an allogeneic stem cell transplant, which involves receiving high-dose chemotherapy to eradicate his bone marrow, followed by the transplantation of his donor's stem cells. Consequently, Victor will be at high risk for infection due to his compromised immunity and will require re-vaccination one year post-transplant. Additionally, he will likely experience anemia and be at risk for bleeding. Please join me in praying for the most favorable outcome.
An allogeneic stem cell transplant is an immense and courageous step. It’s a path filled with uncertainty, but also with the real possibility of healing. As Victor begins this next phase, know that your support, care, and presence will matter more than anything.
Let’s hold onto hope together:

A Prayer for Victor
Today, we lift Victor in prayer as he enters this critical chapter in his fight against T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
May the treatment be effective, the transplant successful, and his body resilient.
Grant his medical team wisdom and steady hands.
Surround him with strength, peace, and protection during his most vulnerable moments.
And may this journey lead him back to full health, one courageous step at a time.
Amen.
‼️‼️UPDATE ON VICTOR’S JOURNEY ‼️‼️
8/5/2025
Victor’s medical team has decided that a stem cell bone marrow transplant is the best course of action for him at this stage in his treatment.
Thankfully, his sister is a high match and will be the donor.
The current plan is for Victor to be hospitalized for 30 days for the transplant itself, followed by 70 additional days at the Lodge at Penn State Hershey, totaling 100 days of care and recovery. During this time, only one caregiver will be allowed to stay with him.
Right now, Victor is undergoing high-dose chemotherapy to prepare his body for the transplant. This is an intense and challenging phase, and he needs our prayers and support more than ever.
Please continue to keep Victor in your thoughts and prayers as he moves into this critical part of his journey.
Thank you so much for your love, donations, and continued support. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Update on Victor’s Journey
‼️‼️
‼️We want to thank everyone who has generously supported Victor during this incredibly difficult time. Your donations have made a meaningful difference.
The funds raised so far have been used to support Victor and his sister, Carolina, as they travel almost daily for his chemotherapy and infusion treatments. This includes covering transportation costs, food, and other essential needs while navigating the challenges of treatment.
Every dollar has gone directly toward easing the burden on our family and ensuring Victor can focus on healing. We are so grateful for your continued support, prayers, and kindness.
With love and appreciation,
Victor’s Family

In January 2025, at just 22 years old, Victor was diagnosed with leukemia. This battle has taken a tremendous toll on him, but he remains strong and continues to fight every day.
After spending weeks in the hospital, Victor is finally able to return home. However, he still has to travel from Hanover to Hershey multiple times a week for chemotherapy and other medical appointments.
Unfortunately, none of Victor’s immediate family members are here with him. Despite our best efforts to bring them to the U.S., his parents’ visa applications have been denied. We are working closely with their immigration lawyer to get them here as soon as possible because he needs them now more than ever. They are desperate to be by his side during this difficult time.
To help cover Victor’s medical expenses and other costs, we have decided to launch this fundraiser.
As a community, we may not be able to heal Victor, but we can help ease the financial burden of his fight against cancer. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference.
We are deeply grateful for any support you can offer.
Thank you all for your kindness and generosity.
