Help Victor Discover His Roots in Korea

Victor was born in southern Korea and adopted at the age of 3. If you know a Vic, you know his life has been difficult-but that his name means ‘Overcomer’. With his ‘million dollar’ smile, enthusiastic personality, and boyish charm, we know Victor will make the most of this trip.

This fundraiser is to help Victor journey back to his roots and find answers and understanding of who he is and where he came from by getting involved in an in-country educational immersion program in the summer of 2025.

The program includes a housing arrangement, most meals, Korean language and cultural courses, academic materials, language tests and certificates, some tours and Korean heritage events.

The estimated budget for the summer program is:

$6500 for tuition and program fees

$2000 for travel

$500 cultural and heritage tours

$500 international insurance

$2000 emergencies and incidentals

$750 food and meals (which are not otherwise included in the program)
