For decades, Workers' Compensation Boards and tribunals across Canada have subjected injured workers to human rights abuses by wrongfully denying or terminating their legitimate injury claims, rendering many permanently disabled and in financial ruin. By denying them their lawful entitlement to workers' compensation benefits, they have knowingly violated the Charter of Rights of Injured Workers in Canada.
Now, workers across the country are filing a Charter claim nationally against Canada's Workers' Compensation Boards and tribunals to help get the workers the benefits and justice they deserve.
