Help Victim of Kidnapping, Robbery, Assault

Hello everyone,
I would like to start this fundraiser in the hopes that I can raise money for a family member.
I would like to share the story, but first I would like to explain that for the sake of their safety, I will not mention their name or too many details. This is a huge police case and an investigation is still going on. I will provide detail similar to what the news & police department released.
On February 14th (today) around 12:00am-4:00am, my family member was the victim of KIDNAPPING, assault with a firearm, robbery, and vehicle theft.
This person was stopped while they were in their vehicle. Their life was threatened, and they were abducted and taken all the way to a different town. The criminals took them to a field where they managed to get out of the vehicle and run to safety. The perpetrators stole the vehicle and their wallet and took off. Luckily all three perpetrators were caught.
If you would like more details the Stockton Police Department has given a detailed description of the incident as well as Fox40 News. Again, for the sake of their safety and the case, I will keep the main details private.
I am hoping that this money will help them get a lawyer, replacing their car for safety reasons (in case of retaliation) get counseling and medical services, and help with their pain and suffering with this traumatic event. It’s going to be a very long and painful road to healing, as well as a very long court battle. Their everyday life is going to be put on hold for a while. Anything would be so helpful, and thank you so much for reading.
