I never imagined I would be here, asking for help, but life has taken an unexpected turn. I am currently battling stage IV metastatic colon cancer and undergoing ongoing chemotherapy treatments. This diagnosis has changed every part of my life, but I am continuing to fight with strength and faith each day. While I am doing everything I can to keep going, the financial burden has become overwhelming. Between medical expenses, treatment-related costs, medications, transportation, and everyday living expenses, it has become difficult to keep up.

Recently, I was denied Social Security Disability benefits, which has added even more stress during an already incredibly difficult time. On top of that, my workplace has recently implemented a change where FMLA days are no longer paid, which has significantly impacted my ability to maintain steady income while continuing treatment. Right now, my focus is on continuing treatment, healing, and staying strong, but I cannot do this alone.
