Help Vicki and Justin in Their Time of Need

Hello, my name is Tina.

I am a good friend of Vicki Engstrom. I have known her for years and have watched Justin grow up. He is a good guy with a good heart. He is a recent Christian who has turned his life around in the last couple of years.

He has had a rough month, from a back surgery to hip pain that had him unable to walk or continue to work. Two weeks in the hospital for answers, finding out that he has cancer. Due to the fact that he is too weak to do any tests to find where it is from, they haven't been able to know what kind. His breathing is too bad to take him off a ventilator to run a tube to look. Doing chemo could kill him. His mom, Vicki, has to drive from her home to the hospital that is 30 minutes away, stay at the hospital, or rent a motel that's close to be with him.

She has spent all of the money she has to be with him. She is on disability and is unsure how she can pay her bills, eat, or have gas for any upcoming appointments. The hospital is preparing to get a plan together for home care and hospice.
