Vic “El Sueño” Iniestra has a passion for pro wrestling. The man’s been at it for 9 years now, has over 800 matches, and has experienced the ups and downs of this crazy business. I’ve been lucky enough to watch him, and now, step into the ring next to him — and I’m telling you, that feeling isn’t like anything I’ve ever felt!
Vic is a master story teller, he oozes charisma and always performs with a spark and spunk that are REALLY hard to miss. It helps that he’s also an athletic freak too lol but he always says that every single night he walks out of that ring, it’s a blessing that he NEVER takes for granted.
The pro wrestling business is hard — any one of the workers can tell you that. And last night, Vic suffered a very scary injury during his match at our home promotion, Chicago Style Wrestling. He was knocked out cold for a few minutes, and had severe left shoulder pain. Once we got to the hospital, the doctors told us that he had no brain bleeds or concussion, but did confirm an AC joint sprain on his left shoulder. We walked out of the hospital around 3am and ate some cookies someone left in our car ❤️
God took care of Vic last night.
We am forever thankful to our home promotion at Chicago Style Wrestling, Jason Paul for constantly checking up on us, and all of our fellow CSW wrasslers, friends and colleagues who have reached out to check in on Vic and send their prayers. If you are inclined to donate to help Vic with his medical expenses, we are greatly appreciative.
As I always say, the comeback is better than the setback, and oh baby, what a damn STORY we will be telling!
