My older sister Vianey is in the hospital since last week. She woke up on Saturday morning with a sharp pain. Thinking it was something minor, she drove herself to a clinic with her three kids. The pain got worse and my sister had to go to the ER in an ambulance. The kids had to be picked up and she quickly got admitted. Her body was shutting down completely. She ended up getting pneumonia and was quickly put on a BiPAP machine to help her breathe.

The doctors told my mom my sister wasn’t going to make it. They lost all hope with how bad she was. Her lungs had fluid in them and her heart was enlarged and not functioning properly anymore. Thanks to a miracle, my sister made it out and is now recovering in the hospital, but will have a long recovery when she gets out. She will need to see different doctors and have appointments multiple times a week.

Any money received will go for my sister to use for gas to and from appointments, basic needs for her and her kids, and any other expenses she may have during this time. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Mi hermana mayor Vianey está en el hospital desde la semana pasada. El sábado por la mañana se despertó con un dolor . Pensando que era algo no muy grave condujo hasta una clínica con sus tres hijos. El dolor empeoró y mi hermana tuvo que ir a urgencias en una ambulancia y ella fue admitida rápidamente. Su cuerpo se estaba apagando por completo. Le dio neumonía y rápidamente le colocaron una máquina BiPAP para ayudarla a respirar.

Los médicos le dijeron a mi mamá que mi hermana no sobreviviría. Perdieron toda esperanza con lo mal que estaba. Sus pulmones tenían líquido y su corazón se había hinchado y ya no funcionaba correctamente. Gracias a un milagro, mi hermana logró salir y ahora se está recuperando en el hospital, pero tendrá una larga recuperación cuando salga. Necesitará ver a diferentes médicos y tener citas varias veces por semana.

Todo el dinero recibido se destinará a que mi hermana lo use para gasolina para las citas, las necesidades básicas para ella y sus hijos y cualquier otro gasto que pueda tener durante este tiempo. ¡¡Cualquier ayuda es muy agradecida!!
