Hello, my name is Richard Brown Jr., MBA, and I am the proud founder of Essential Living Support, LLC, a Veteran-owned and operated organization in Cheyenne, Wyoming. As a Certified VA Medical Foster Home and I/DD care provider, our mission is to bring compassion, dignity, and independence to Veterans and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

I approach this work with purpose, because I know the difference it makes in real lives. As a Veteran myself, I know firsthand the sacrifices made in service to our country, and I believe those who have given so much deserve to live with comfort, respect, and community. I also know that individuals with I/DD deserve more than basic care, they deserve opportunities to thrive, connect, and feel valued every single day.

At Essential Living Support, we live by five core values: Respect, Dignity, Independence, Community, and Excellence. These values shape everything we do, from daily care and meal preparation to community outings, medication support, and enrichment activities. We believe that every small act of care has the power to build a brighter and more fulfilling life for those we serve.
