Hello,

My name is Vesper and I'm finally finally getting top surgery!! It's taken me so long to get here and it feels like such a relief that I've finally gotten it all scheduled and approved through insurance. (Not quite a weight off my shoulders... yet.) Now, I know there's a lot of people who need help right now and there's a lot of gofundme's out there so please only give if you can.

I need to save up around $3,000 total by July 31st to cover the initial cost of the surgery and ensure I can keep my surgery date of August 15th. This is because insurance won't cover liposuction, which is an incredibly necessary part of top surgery that they like to pretend isn't so they don't have to pay for it. The entire surgery is going to cost me somewhere around 10k altogether once it gets through billing, so if I manage to get above my goal somehow it's all going to go towards that debt anyway/towards the like month I'm gonna have to take off work that I won't have all the PTO to cover. (Also things like cost of scar tape/recovery specific pillows/food/etc.)

For now though, I just want to hit $3k so that I know I'll have my surgery covered. In the meantime I'll work on saving up enough money that taking a month off work to recover won't hit incredibly hard, but I'm so so excited. Thank you so much for donating if you do!
