Help Very Tall Bart Get His Car Back

We are very tall bart and cabinworm. I am a YouTuber and he is a non-profit worker.

Our car was broken into and our disability placard stolen. Then the key stopped working. Locksmith said the problem was the car itself, so we called the dealership. Dealership ordered the new part, but it will take 10 days to arrive. Now it's been towed.

Bottom line is that it will take $2,500 we don't have to get out of this. We're already struggling with rent so this is devastating. We need to tow the car directly from the impound lot to a mechanic, but we can't do that until the part arrives.
