Help Veronica Leave & Start Anew

Hi, I'm Tatiana, and I'm fundraising for my big sister Veronica (that photo is of her as kid :) ).

Veronica is a single mama who has raised three kids on minimum wage and has weathered unstable housing, domestic violence, and chronic illness (including long COVID). My sister is tough as nails and a survivor – but she's definitely in need of support from community and friends. My sister is trying to emerge from what is essentially a financially abusive situation. She is currently being pushed out of her housing situation after leaving a very unhealthy relationship, in addition to other things I can't go into detail about (honestly, I don't want to get sued).

My sister is ready to get out & start anew. However, due to some outstanding debts, her credit is not in the best shape, nor is she in the financial position to just leave. Your donations would go far in helping her:

– pay off an IRS tax bill before they start garnishing her wages;

– pay back rent;

– pay off outstanding debts she owes trying to make it work on her low pay;

– get her towards her goal of getting her and her kids a new place to live.
