Help Veronica Fight Stage 4 Cancer

Hi, my name is Idalys, and I’m raising funds for my mom, Veronica Madera. She’s 49 years old and was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Squamous Cell Carcinoma, a rare and aggressive type of cancer that started in her rectum. The cancer has spread to one lymph node near her pelvis, which is why it’s classified as stage 4.

While “stage 4” sounds scary, her doctors have reassured us that this isn’t a widespread or untreatable cancer. Many patients with this diagnosis respond well to treatment, and about 70–75% show no signs of cancer three months after finishing treatment.

This journey will be challenging, but my mom is strong, and we are hopeful. We’re asking for help to cover medical expenses, bills, transportation to appointments, and basic needs during this time so she can focus on healing.
