Hello APA, BCA, family and friends! We need your help. One of our friends, Vernon Hanna has been going through some health scares presently. Vernon recently had a seizure causing him to lose consciousness and end up in the hospital for some time.

He is awake now, however the doctors say he won't be able to work for minimum of 6 to 9 months. During the seizure he was injured and has a crushed vertebrae and 4 other fractured ones in the thoracic region of the spine. After he regained consciousness, he is also facing severe dehydration, nausea, and severe weight loss from being unable to keep food down.

Presently, they have no diagnosis and are completely at a loss as to what is going on with him. There are several specialists lined up to try and find the root of the issue but as it is right now he has no real path forward to get back to work let alone have the energy to even get around. Since he's been out of work for a couple weeks now, bills and medical expenses are piling up, and we're coming to you all to ask for a bit of help.

If you are lucky enough to know Vern, then you know that he is always there for anyone no matter what is asked of him. Let us all come together as much as we can and help him in his time of need.
