Help Vera with living and medical expenses

Vera Thompson of River Falls, WI had been raising 3 boys (Jah various 15, Jamelle 12, and Jamari 2), paying the bills through janitorial work, and going to school on the side to become a nurse. Her already full life all changed on September 16th when her oldest son Jah various fell backwards and hit his head while playing basketball with friends. He suffered brain trauma and has been at Children's hospital ever since. It has been an extreme emotional and mental strain for her to watch her bright boy struggle with walking, eating, and talking.

Vera's family is from Florida making it even harder to juggle all of this on her own. Her family and friends are encouraging her to do whatever she can to stay in nursing school in order to fulfil her dream of bettering her family. Meanwhile Vera is not able to work as she much as she had been so that she can be there for her first baby, Jah.
