Help VeNoM Chuck Through His Medical Crisis

My name is Tyler (REN in the gaming community), and I am one of the three founders of CCL Global HQ, an international gaming community. Through the Battlefield 6 competitive scene, I have had the pleasure of playing alongside and competing on a team with Jean-Yves Bouteiller, better known in the gaming community as VeNoM Chuck.

Recently, Jean-Yves shared the incredibly difficult situation he has been facing with members of aM which is a competitive gaming community and organization. After hearing his story, I felt a need to reach out and see what I could do to help.

That is why I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of CCL Global HQ. I want to make it clear that neither I nor CCL are doing this for recognition or credit. I am using the CCL Global HQ name because of the relationships and connections we have built throughout gaming communities around the world. My hope is that we can use that reach for something that truly matters: helping someone in our community who is going through an incredibly difficult time.

Jean-Yves is 29 years old, lives in France, and works as a police officer. He has lived with a heart condition since birth, but unfortunately, his health has recently become much worse. He is currently scheduled to undergo heart surgery on September 30, 2026.

The past several months have been extremely difficult for him.

According to Jean-Yves, his financial crisis began after his online bank account was compromised in January. The situation left him struggling with bills and debt and placed him under an overwhelming amount of stress.

In March, Jean-Yves suffered another medical emergency when appendicitis led to a serious infection after his appendix ruptured, requiring emergency surgery. He has only recently finished paying the expenses associated with that medical emergency.

Then, in April, the continued stress surrounding his financial situation contributed to another devastating setback when he suffered a heart attack, further worsening the heart condition he has lived with since birth.

Jean-Yves is now facing an upcoming heart surgery while continuing to struggle financially. His situation has become so difficult that he has told us he is struggling to afford basic necessities, including enough food, and has been losing weight as a result and has begun selling personal items.

He is asking for €2,000 to help him get through this incredibly difficult period.

Our goal is to help relieve some of the immediate financial pressure Jean-Yves is facing so that he can afford basic necessities, manage his current expenses, and focus on his health as he prepares for his upcoming heart surgery.

For many of us, gaming is more than simply playing a game. Over time, teammates, competitors, and community members can become genuine friends. Jean-Yves is more than the name VeNoM Chuck that we see online. He is a teammate, a competitor, a friend, and a member of a worldwide gaming community.

This fundraiser is an opportunity for that community to come together and help one of our own.

Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help us move closer to the €2,000 goal. If you are unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser with others can make just as much of a difference by helping Jean-Yves’s story reach more people.

On behalf of CCL Global HQ and everyone who knows VeNoM Chuck, thank you for taking the time to read his story, share this fundraiser, or contribute in any way you can.

Let’s show what the gaming community can accomplish when we come together to support one of our own.
