On August 30th, 2025, my life was almost taken from me. I was rushed to the hospital in Tokyo, Japan, in a comatose state, where I was diagnosed with severe acute liver failure and significant kidney damage. By the time I arrived in the emergency room, doctors feared the worst. They expected me to die, and I was immediately admitted for what would become a two-week, life-or-death struggle.

For days, my organs were failing—my liver, kidneys, and even my ability to circulate blood without external support. I couldn’t eat, walk, use the restroom or perform even the most basic of functions on my own. The severity of my condition left doctors with little hope. I was told that without a liver transplant, which the hospital in Japan could not provide, my chances of survival were slim. In those moments, I accepted the reality that I might not make it. But the doctors didn’t give up on me. They fought for my life with unwavering determination.

Over the next two weeks, I underwent numerous invasive procedures, blood transfusions, and treatments, all in a desperate effort to stabilize my body. Against the odds, I survived. And though I’m here today, the journey hasn’t ended. The aftermath of that experience continues to shape my life in profound ways. For the past two years living in Japan, I’ve been grappling with ongoing health complications. These are issues I’ve kept private, choosing not to share them publicly, but recent events have prompted me to reach out to my friends and followers now for support.

At the time of my hospitalization, I didn’t have health insurance, and the cost of my treatment in Japan was astronomical— these medical bills that have left me with tens of thousands of dollars in debt. This financial burden has only added to the immense stress and difficulty of my recovery. Despite being stable now, I am still undergoing outpatient care in Los Angeles, facing long-term health issues that I will likely have to manage for the rest of my life.
