I am Yamini Aithagoni, reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a plea for your support. My brother, Varun Aithagoni, a bright and promising young student, recently faced a life-altering tragedy while pursuing his dreams in the United States.

Varun had embarked on a journey to study for his M.S. in US filled with aspirations and hopes for a brighter future. Tragically, this dream has now been shattered by a severe accident that occurred in Wichita, Kansas.

Varun was on a trip with friends when a catastrophic car collision left him with major fractures in his ribs and a devastating brain haemorrhage. He now lies in a coma, fighting for his life, supported by a ventilator in Ascension Via Christi Hospital, Wichita. This traumatic incident has taken a toll not only on Varun's health but also on our family's emotional and financial well-being.

The medical expenses for Varun's treatment are rapidly mounting, and we are facing a daunting financial burden. As a family, we have already exhausted our savings, which were spent on my wedding and Varun's education in the United States. We now find ourselves in desperate need of financial assistance to provide the best possible care for Varun and give him a chance to recover and reclaim his dreams.
