For those who don't know: my name is Saravani Ashgrove and I've been fighting an uphill battle against Stage IV breast cancer with lung mets for a little over 5 years now.
I cannot afford my chemo.
I am legally only allowed to make $1,675 before I start losing my ability to pay rent (ssdi: $950/month) and with utilities being around $150-$258/per person in my apartment (last month it was $243/per person).
My chemo is $3,000 and I am still struggling to pay off my last medical bill in NYC: $1,212.49.
Without those paid I don't have access to my medications while still actively having cancer in my lungs because she did come back last year and I haven't had a clear scan yet.
Any amount helps, even if its just $5 or $10 because that's already two to three days of transportation costs to and from work.
I know money can be tight right now and I'm extremely grateful to everyone who does what they can even if its just reading this and passing it along.
Tldr: the math still doesn't work and now I really need help so I live to see 2027.
