Help Vani Continue to Kick Cancer's Butt

For those who don't know: my name is Saravani Ashgrove and I've been fighting an uphill battle against Stage IV breast cancer with lung mets for a little over 5 years now. I have been trying to save money for both school and to help me cover cost of living expenses while in recovery from surgery (scheduled for the end of April).

I am legally only allowed to make $1,550 before I start losing my ability to pay rent (ssdi: $850/month) and with utilities being around $150-$208/per person in my apartment (last month it was $170/per person) add food, tuition, cat food, travel expenses and copays (the bill for a months worth is pictured in the cover photo alongside the utilty bills for our apartment of 4 that were due this month) and I will be going hungry in May. I am out of ideas but donated and grant money do not count as income that will affect my disability payments so here I am.

Any amount helps, even if its just $5 or $10 because that's already two to three days of transportation costs to and from work.

I know money can be tight right now and I'm extremely grateful to everyone who does what they can even if its just reading this and passing it along.

Tldr: the math still doesn't work and now I really need help so I don't go hungry and can still pay all my bills while I'm in post-op recovery and then in school.
